I see you write so much about your Dad....I love reading your stuff. I just think about your Mom and how much she loved and supported your decisions. Lord knows I made mistakes in my life and I try daily to do God's will and use my mistakes to help others. Your Mom's love and compassion has helped me to become the person I am today. I think about her daily and pray for you and the ministry you have. I know how proud of you she is, and I know your Dad is proud also. Don't know why I felt the need to write this but I love you John, and I know how much your mom loved and believed in you.

Praying for ya'll! We are excited about your new adventure for Christ. I know you will be His image to all you meet and will assist in seeing many come to Jesus.

From Faith at Work on Yahoo - "He is the image of the invisible God." (Col.1:15) The risen Jesus invites us to have a personal relationship with him. From his words and actions in scripture, we can learn who he is and who God is. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we can experience friendship with him through prayer, a friendship made possible by his resurrection and the Spirit of God.

How can those who do not know Jesus come to experience him and thus see the "invisible God?"

God has a plan to accomplish this, and the plan includes us. Yes, we are called to be Christ and to bring his presence to the people and circumstances in our lives. That is how God designed things to work. He became one of us to show us the way.

When we love, when we forgive, when we sacrifice, we are the image of Jesus. When we are generous, patient and kind, we are the image of Jesus. When we are not envious, nor easily angered, nor delight in evil, but rejoice in the truth, we are the image of Jesus.

Love Ya'll, Deborah, Danny, Dylan, and Dalton

Hey John...hate to post this here, but do not have your email. Hope you guys are doing great. Got a little prayer request for you and anyone who reads this.

My first nephew was born this past Sunday at 27 weeks gestation just over 2 lbs. His name is Carter and he is Kelly's middle sister's first child. We got the call as we left for church and Kelly had to go on down there. He'd been delivered and was in NICU by the time she arrived. We went back Monday. He is on the ventilator for underdeveloped lungs and he was born septic - which is causing his blood pressure to be dangerously low. When I went in Sunday, he was on 2 IV medications to keep his blood pressure up as well as TPN (IV nutrition) and antibiotics. The docs don't know just yet exactly what is causing the infection. He is so very very tiny. As of Wed. a.m., Carter is off the vasopressors and is holding his BP on his own, but he had developed a pneumothorax and the docs had to insert a chest-tube into this tiny little angel. Now, mom and dad have to face doing daily life and being 30 minutes from their baby.

His dad said they told him it would be at least 2 months of NICU. Carter needs lots and lots of prayer over him. His mom and dad do, as well, since they are a good ways from family down there. Thanks.
